Andrew “Drew” E. Hayhurst joined Gentry Locke. He focuses on commercial transactions and has degrees from the University of Mississippi and Wake Forest University.

Imie A. Harber joined the litigation practice group with McCandlish Holton. Harbor has degrees from Western Michigan University and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Previously, she served as in-house counsel for one of the country’s largest insurance providers.

Mike Stirling  joined the Rutland Commons office of Long & Foster Real Estate.

Sherry Gibson joined Shaheen Ruth, Martin & Fonville Real Estate as a Realtor.

Economic Development

Elso DiFranco was named to the board of directors of Virginia’s Gateway Region Economic Development Organization. He is with AMPAC Virginia and is representing Petersburg.

Gail Howerton is vice president for finance and administration for the World Pediatric Project, effective Dec. 28. She had been with the Weinstein Jewish Community Center and the Richmond Jewish Foundation. She has degrees from Bloomsberg University of Pennsylvania and Virginia Commonwealth University.
