THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on WMS systems to join the IT Team, you will respond to the Senior Business Analyst You support the Logistic team for all business requests and support in WMS projects from execution to implementation and ensure the successful rollout across relevant business functions across the NGG brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Transform business requirements into system functional requirements
- Communicate with vendors to ensure the correct development and deployment of the solution
- Support in system integration projects through to post-delivery solutions
- Ensure project KPIs are met
- Support the logistics, team in day-to-day activities as required
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge and use of WMS systems previous experience using this tool is required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good level of English both written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
