Bank of India organizes Customer outreach Campaign in Chairmanship of Union Minister of State, Ministry of Finance on 22.11.2021 at Lucknow

The Customer outreach program is being run by the Department of Financial Services, Government of India. Under this, Bank of India organized a Customer outreach Campaign on 22.11.2021 at Lucknow to provide its various credit facilities to the customers easily. The program was inaugurated by Doctor Bhagwat Kishanrao Karad, Hon’ble Union Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. In his address, the Minister of State told about various government schemes, including the advice of Prime Minister of making 100 customers fully digital in their financial transactions.

14 banks, 7 Insurance companies, 2 vehicle dealers and other private finance institutions participated in the event. On this occasion, Bank of India including other both public & private Banks has sanctioned a total loan amount of Rs.398 crores to 1593 borrowers. Shri M Karthikeyan, Executive Director of Bank of India advised all banks to step up lending to RAM (Retail, Agriculture & MSME) segment. Describing about the programs run by the bank, he talked about the commitment to serve the customers of the Bank. General Manager NBG North-2 Shri Prakash Kumar Sinha welcomed the Honorable Minister and addressed the gathering for providing benefits of various State Govt. sponsored Credit Schemes for economic development of the public. Shri. Brajesh Kumar Singh, General Manager SLBC (U.P.) presented vote of thanks. The Zonal Manager Bank of India Lucknow Zone Shri Y.N.Dwivedi addressed the gathering and explained in detail about the various achievements of the banks and various schemes and facilities offered by the bank.

To make the program successful, it was organized in coordination with all the other banks in the lead district of Lucknow. During the occasion stalls for Life / Non – Life Insurance Companies, Pvt. Bank Branch, Tractor Firm, Zari Zardozi Cluster, ODOP Stall, Hospital Stalls, Vehicle Dealers, Real Estate Firms were also present. Shri Shiv Singh Yadav Director, Institutional Finance, Shri. Amit Kumar Meena IAS, Shri S.B. Singh, Chairman of Aryavart Gramin Bank & Shri Vinod Bihari Mishra, Lead District Manager, Bank of India and many other dignitaries were present on the occasion. Many senior officers of Banks and financial institutions were also participated with their existing and potential customers in the Outreach Program.

Shares of Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 56.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 692981 in over 2684 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 59.60 and intraday low of 56.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40139230.00.
